When we curate a tour, we draw from our exhaustive network of partners, both large operators as well as exclusive experience providers. We talk to all of them about your requirements and preferences to make sure everything goes well. This is the reason that we offer a full suite of services rather than just drawing up an itinerary: each plan can have several moving parts.

Tell us a bit about yourself – the size of your group, the places you have in mind, the activities you yearn to do and the number of days you plan to spend in Norway.
Our traveller-in-chief will talk to you to gather your requirements and clear your doubts. If you decide to make use of our wandering wisdom and local liaisons, pay a tour design fee.
Our team will hunt for the best experiences, chart available dates and suggest alternative destinations, in case some are sold out. You get an exclusive itinerary and cost estimate.
If you have any modifications, we will incorporate them into the itinerary, subject to availability. When you finalise the plan, prepay for the tour so that we can book the experiences.
Booking confirmation will be sent to you with tour details along with the cancellation policies of each operator. Your final itinerary will have everything in one place, including restaurant recommendations and reservations.

Pricing
Tour design fee
After the initial consultation, before we set out to work on your itinerary, we ask for an upfront payment as remuneration for our planning work. This is not refundable – no matter if you take the tour with us or not, if you complete the tour or cancel it – because we have already put in the labour cost for curating the tour for you.
For a group of up to 4 guests
1-5 days – NOK 2500
6-10 days – NOK 4000
11-14 days – NOK 5500
For tours involving more than 4 guests and more than 15 days, prices vary depending on the requirements.
Service fee
Once the plan is finalised you will pay us the total tour cost, plus 15% of that amount as Norwayfarers service fee. In case of cancellation, 5% of the booking amount will be retained by Norwayfarers to compensate for the long hours we have put in. This is in addition to any cancellation charges our suppliers may have as part of their policy.
